looks like a problem with your sound setup
does the Wi9n 7 VM start if you disable sound ?
for the XP you enabled 4 vCPUs - this make no sense at all. Try with a maximim of 2 vCPus.
Also enable "legacy emulation" for the CD-drive if you dont use ISOs
