Suppose i have a FC LUN with a VMFS volume. It is not being accessed by an ESX(i) host. However there are old VMDKs on the LUN that I want to recover. If the LUN is presented to a Linux Physical server, and that physical server is zoned /mapped correctly to the FC LUN, can I access the VMFS LUN and get the vmdk's off of it?
