Doesn;t matter what I do. I have tried deploying one of the dualhomed first, deploying one of the NON dualhomed first, forcing reconfiguration, deploying with defaults--banging my head against the wall while deploying. I see my machines registering, see 'add virtual switch' for 8 switches, see 'add port group for only six' then 'remove virtual switch. Any ideas what might be causing the timeout? I can deploy a config with 15 single homed vms no problem.
My datastore has 750 gigabytes free. Made no difference moving to bigger datastore.

And the deployment fails with the timeout. It seems to leave a couple of the empty virtual switches behind, which I have to remove manually in vcenter.
Man, I am so close.
