currntly running VMWare Server 2.x on Win2003 enterprise with AMD Phenom x4 9500 cpu, 6gb ram

fwiw, this is a home hobby network and not production

[a few questions before i attempt the move]:

q1. running cpu-z shows this AMD has AMD-V & x86-64 so i'm fairly sure Workstation 8 and it will be compatible? you know, the segment-limit support thing.

q2. if my Win2003 OS is 32bit and CPU is both x86-64 can i install 64-bit guest OS's under Workstation 8 ?

q3. will Workstation 8 convert my current guest VM's to be compatible with Workstation 8 or do i need to do that manually ?
