I don't think so.
netstat -a on the Security Server would show you what IPs are connecting remotely.
Running a login script and have it check the Volitile Environment variable for the connected VCS (which would be the Security Server) and then outputting the USERNAME to a central location would be an easy way to see a list.
Looking at the Events DB might give you some info that you could manipulate into giving you a list.
But as far as clicking on some website and seeing the list of users, no.
