Thanks for the advice, I have managed to find a bunch of RTL8168 adapters.
Some of the NICs I had didn't work, but I am now up and running. Just need to start restoring the guests from backup.
Just one final question, what would be the correct way to attach an APC smart UPS to a standalone setup?
I have read about passing the com port through to a windows guest and then installing powerchute there. By doing this I can easily shut down the windows guests, but I am not sure how you go about shutting down the host?? Surely there must be a simpler way than this?
Any help/guidance would be appreciated.
