Thanks for all the replies. When I made this thread, I wasn't thinking straight. I knew I couldn't do what I was originally asking, but since my brain was in the cloud, I made the thread
Basically this is what I am trying to get at...I have 1 Parent image, let's say it's Windows 7. The parent is set to 2GB of Ram and 1 vCPU. Say 30 clones are made from this parent image, but 10 of those users are "heavy" users. These heavy users at times complain that their desktop is slow, yada dada...Soooo what I was originally thinking was, well if I assign these users to a resource pool that guarantees them certain amount of resources, maybe that will help. I understand that this was the wrong way to go about it, but again, I was not thinking straight.
vJasonMiles - That would work, but it's messy. If I have 1 parent with 2 different snapshops, then every time I need to add windows updates, I'll need to revert back to two snapshots to update. I never really liked doing it, but I do see your point.
