this is not supported nor recommended as the Linked Clones will be spun from the Parent VM template snapshot, inheriting the resource settings granted to the Parent VM template.
If you want to use 2 pools, each for Resource Division purposes, the idea is to create 2 pools and 2 corresponding snaphosts, these snapshot will then hold the resource settings per pool ( vCPU, vRAM ).
