One I have fusion on the fan start to be real loud like 5000 rpm also CPU gets real hot around 200F is there is any way to keep it cooler? After I'm done I close fusion maybe 30 min or less fan and temp goes back to normal.
That's not expected behavior. It sounds like your CPU is doing a lot of work, so you should check if the guest is using a lot (e.g. if the guest is Windows, check Task Manager).
Two I have fusion opens in a 2nd desktop however when I power on a VM the vm goes to a 3rd desktop is there is a way to make it go to the same desktop that I have fusion set to? I only power one VM at the time.
Go into Spaces and move the virtual machine to the one you want.
