Thanks for all the tips. Been away for a while and haven't had a chance yet to check on the bootability of the ISO.
I downloaded Windows XP Professional _with_ Service Pack 2. And, yes, it was downloaded from MSDN :-)
I'll post back with my findings. Have to go now though. Christmas present run, last minute...
