VM CPU performance - Checking processes

I know in Virtual Centre Client, you can check the CPU performance of a VM, and check the past day, and past few hours, by looking at the performance tab of the VM, but can you check what process was taking up high cpu in a VM if the cpu performance from 6 hours ago was high.  Is there a way to check this in VI client, or maybe powershell, or any other method.
