Uploaded a dev build with the fix here: ftp://sqlfire:4yS1J8HgLY@ftp.gemstone.com/dev/SQLFire_33894.zip .
This is a zip that can be unzipped in any location and used in parallel with any other installations without affecting them. The jars will be in SQLFire_33894/lib directory after unzipping it, and SQLFire_33894/bin will have the sqlf script like in a regular install. Other directories in SQLFire_33894 are also like those in a regular install.
