Hi hallo404,

Hmmm... NOT_IMPLEMENTED devices/pci/pci_monitor.c:243

Sorry you've hit this problem in VMware Workstation.  We've already isolated and prepared a fix for a very similar failure, which will become available in future updates of VMware Workstation.  To see if your problem is the same as we've already seen, and also so that we can better understand the scope of the problem, could you give any more details of the history of these VMs?  So far, we've only seen it happen when there are drivers for host hardware (i.e. AMD OverDrive chipset software) present in the VM.  Are you using WPI to install any host hardware drivers into the VM?  Do you start your VM creation with "normal" Windows installation media that you'd buy at the store, or are there slipstreamed drivers or changes, or are you starting from something other than regular media (i.e. a Physical-to-Virtual conversion)?

Either way, you should be able to work around the problem by adding both of the following two lines to your VM's configuration:

   mce.enable = "TRUE"
   mmio.unimplemented = "ignore"

Let us know if this helps!
