VMware 3.5 to vSphere 5 [SOLVED]

Hi,

I have a vmware 3.5 u6 cluster with 12 blades and a new one vSphere 5 with 12 new blades.

Is there any document that explains how can I migrate vm from cluster 3.5 to new one?

If I install a vcenter with all the blades, how can I move them?

The old cluster does not support EVC.
