How to start VMWare Player (and a virtual machine) at boot Fedora 14/16

My question is pretty simple, I'm sure. I have a Fedora 14 machine with Amahi Server installed. I want to run Nagios XI on the "server", to monitor my home network, but their recommended method is to use VMWare Player.  So my question is how do I start vmware player with the nagios virtual machine at boot time?

I'm thinking either a cron job or if there's a way of creating a service/script that will start it automatically, is the best way. But I'm not sure exactly which way to go, or how to accomplish it.

Thanks, and have a great day:)
Patrick.
