VM guest is not starting in VCD after adding the new network pool

HI All,

I am unable to start the new guest vm in VCD after creating the new network pool and assigning the ip to the VM through new Network pool.

The VM throws the below mentioned error when i try to launch the VM through VCD.

Failed to start VM NewNetTest: could not locate a host connected to all required networks.

could some one guide me where am i going wrong.
