vCenter Upgrade 4 - 5 with Heartbeat installed

Hi All,

Does anyone know the correct procedure for this, i cant find anything in the VMware guides?? We simply want to upgrade from vCenter 4.1 to version 5 but we have Heartbeat 6.4 installed.
