Hi uinthas, you have to play littlebit uinthas so that data will not loss. for more safer site I would suggest Create another virtual disk Attach it. Inside virtual machine Boot from CD image the first hard disk (8GB) and restore it to the second hard disk (4GB), and then remove the first hard disk.
