No network issue, I didn't run any diskchecks but I think it should be OK.
I got same error on two servers in same blade..
I have created a new local user that is member of Local admin group, and I have added user to Permissions in regedit with full control.
Converter is started again *fingers crossed* Image may be NSFW.
