Moving VM from esxi 3.5 to vsphere 4.1

Hello,

I have a need to move many VMs in ESXi 3.5 to vsphere 4.1 - ESXi 3.5  is not manged by vcenter. It is a stand alone server. I can power all the VMs down and move it to Vsphere 4.1. My plan is to copy the VMS from the ESXi3.5 store to Vsphere 4.1 data store than power it up. Is there anything else I need to do to make sure vsphere 4.1 recognized these VMs. What is the easiest and quickest method to accomplish the above task.
