Convert to VM and then to Template

Hi,

I am new to PowerCLI and trying to work with it, I have some requirement to put few scripts.

What I am trying to do is

1) Convert a Template to VM

2) Power on the converted VM

3) Poweroff the VM

4) Convert it back to Template

In mean time If anyone can help me with a script for the above it would be appreciated.
