please clarify whether you're using VCOps Standard 1.0.x or 5.0 Image may be NSFW.

If it's 5.0:
relevant logfiles can be found in the "UI VM", at the "/var/log/vmware" folder. Relevant logs should be 'admin.log and 'vcops-admin.log'.
- also, if logged as 'admin' user to the console of "UI VM" you can execute "vcops-admin diag-bundle" command to generate log-files-bundle;
then post it here and I'll take a look
