ThinApp - Registry permission capture

Hi,

What is the best way to capture application with modified registry permission?

During my capture test, I found registry permission was not being captured.

Using GPO or AD with vbs script may not be a proper option as it won't apply to virtual registry of the user sandbox.

Any idea?
