Re- Error while installing virtual center 4.1( Urgent)

Hello folks,

I am getting an error while installing vCenter 4.1 on Win7 X64 OS machine with 4 GM of RAM, i5 processor.

Error msg is Error 28037. Setup failed to installActive directory services. the installer returned error code 1603

System is in domain and DNS is also working fine. Give static IP to vCenter.

Here screen shot is attached. Please help...!!!
