VMware tools it´s ok?
The first error is a bit misleading. It just means that something is wrong with VMware tools. In the most cases a reboot fixes the issue because of a pending installation issue. In case a reboot doesn’t solve it. You need to reinstall it. Just go about and remove the VMware Tools, reboot and install it again. Afterwards just a reboot to complete the installation.
