I've just updated the guest lion OS to 10.7.3 and it seems to work much better than 10.7.2. I had a lot of issues with mouse clicks. I would click and it would click 50 pixels away from the click. Also I can highlight text in Safari with 10.7.3 although I never tried it in 10.7.2.
