Easy to reproduce here if one opens firefox with like 50 tabs on Windows XP and have another Windows 7 VM open at the same time (both using NAT) then it always happens. The issue didn't happen before Fusion 4.1 and only saw it very very rarely on Fusion 3.

edit: forgot to mention that's firefox with noscript extension and echofon extension. (might be relevant - or not)
