Hi
I have been experiencing issue when connected to Non-persistent VDI Pools via RDP protocal.
I am accessing the company network via Microsoft Access Gateway, and launch vmView 4.6 client and access the VDI via RDP protocol.
I observed, during a brief working on the VDI or if VDI sessions is idel for more than 5 mins, I get following error

The RDP client on guest and host computer is 6.1.760 and VMView client version is 4.6.0
When this error occurs, I am kicked off from VDI sessiion and need to login via VMView client again and get the same session of VDI with workspaces not disturbed.
FYI, we use RES workspace manager to paint the user workspace and profile load
Are there any logs files to be captured, when the issue si observd.
I am accessing the Microsoft access gateway from Home wifi and LAN connected and there are no network disconnectiions, when the issue observed.
Host & gUEST OS is Windows Enterprise Edition SP1
