Network port group names

Hey Guys,

I know power cli has so many commands-lets. and get-virtualswitch might help.

But What I want to do to get the port group.

I want to list all the port groups for the hypervisor.

Also can i do a * and look for matches, such as if I want to see there is a InsideNetwork_internal and InsideNetwork_external - can i do a look for InsideNetwork_* port groups and list them?  - sure i can unsure how to approach.
