I realize this thread is very old, but I've just spent an or so researching this topic and though I've learned a lot, I still don't know how to a) determine length of period that determined the maximum number of resets, b) how to see how many times a guest has been reset or, c) how to reset that the count. Any update on this post would be very appreciated.
