vMA logs - How do I get them off the vMA for analysis?

Hi there,

Our ESXi 4.1 server has started to hang from time to time and I need the logs to troubleshoot it.

I have set up vMA 4.1 to collect the logs from my ESXi 4.1 host using vilogger. It's running and it seems to be saving the logs to /var/log/vmware.

I am a Linux novice. How can I copy the logs from this location to my Windows laptop? Any pointers would be appreciated.
