You will likely end up WAY overprovisioned your cluster. In the case of a host failure, you'll be tryiung to run 26 vCPUs (including many 4+ vCPU VMs) on 8 cores. 3.25:1 vCPU to core is pretty aggressive. Same story with your memory.
