We've just upgraded from 9RP8 to RP10 this weekend and we can no longer directly access request submission forms on the portal.
In RP8 (and v8 before) we had links directly to a number of request submission forms from our intranet, to prevent the need for our customers to find their specific form on the "Log a Request" screen. These urls are of the format:
http://<server_name>/<virtual_directory>/ServiceManager.aspx?Lite&Form=Request&MODE=NEW&NewRequest=True&DATABASE=<database>&NOAUTH=False&PARTITION=1&PORTAL=&HTML_TYPE=LITE&TEMPLATE_REF=<ref>&CI_WORKFLOW_PROFILE=<profile_number>
However after the upgrade these urls don't work - they just send our customers to the main Customer Portal screen.
The urls in the upgraded system are the same format when I examine the links on the "Log a Request" screen so I'm confident we've got the right URL.
The only way I can get the urls to work, is to leave the ID variable in the url, which is there when I log onto the portal and navigate to the submission form, however the ID number is unique to myself, so if I pass it to another person, they see my details, not theirs.
Has anyone else come across this issue and if so can you provide any guidance?
Cheers
Mick
