Re: SRM 41 service fails to start - can't login to DB

For the service:

 

in administrative tools select services.

Chose properties for the service and go to tab "log on"

There you can edit log on info

 

Enter log on credentials for the service.

 

 

If you are using odbc towards sql then

Start - administrative tools

odbc

Chose the system dns edit the configured dns for srm

follow the wizard to edit a new password.
