2) Noted, that is what I was getting confused about.
3) I wasn't sure if it was, I was just adding it for good practice, but if not needed, good point.
Subnetting, that was my fault, I copied and pasted it the wrong way around. Thank you for your notes, that is very clear, makes sense.
I have been trying to find white papers, that demonstrate a standard setup for a small 3 node environment, but I cannot find much on it, it normally only gives 1/2 of the story.
I think the issue for most starters, is visualising how it's all going to be segragated and the network IP scheme, not so much the hardware (in my instance) as you know roughly how many NIC's you need/Storage and server specs if you do your specs properly.
Will need to do a bit more research into the VLANs and how to integrate them nicely.
Are there any recommendations you can make on the VLAN's?
